The idea is to make a utility for modifying GUI files.
ATM GUI files need to be hand-written, and the values need to be entered manually.
The utility would parse the GUI file, show you a preview, let you browse the file's structure (tree view), and let you modify the properties.
Some properties (like position and size) should be modifiable in a GUI-way without playing with the properties.
